Kas's Party of Uber Pwnage

[Kasai]

Its nighttime, and if one walks by Kas's triple decker cottage, they will see multiple party favors decorating her home, as well as lights all around, making it shine like a beacon. A bar with cakes and other foods and desserts stands outside, and balloons can be seen all over.

Inside is likewise decorated, and Kas can be seen running about, trying to get everything ready before her guests arrive. She hopes people will actually show up, as she sent out the invitations only an hour ago. Still, she has faith in the TAS mail carrying pigeons, as they are her feathered relatives.

On the outside of her door, she has stapled a piece of TAS company stationary-decorated down the sides with tiny, chibi Kairos bending blue fire-with the following printed on it;

• No going to the third floor. If you disobey this rule, you are to ignore any sitings of slightly abused characters you might find there. If you talk to this character, do not feed him, and do not let him out.

• Don't get dead. Or if you must, at least avoid making a mess on the floors.

Finishing her preperations, Kas stands by her door and waits for her guests.
