OK people. Time for me to review some movies. If you disagree with me, feel free to say so, just remember that I don't care(jk)
First Movie: Bruno(starring Sasha Baron Cohen)
Ok..... I really don't have much to say about this movie except that is absolutely not kid friendly. Sacha Baron Cohen is a funny actor and can be funny when he wants to(i.e Ali G, Borat.) But Bruno was just a failed attempt at trying hard. The movie was basically about a gay Austrian/German actor looking for a chance to redeem himself and become famous in the United States. He uses funny yet innapropriate ways to make himself popular(which end up not working). He ends up finiding true love. This move is terribly graphic and has a load of nudity and language, so I wasn't too fond of watching the whole thing. Of course, there were a couple of funny parts, but as I said before, graphic and innapropriate. I don't recommend seeing this movie unless you just want to follow up on Borat, which by the way was way funnier than this movie.
I give Bruno a 2 out of 5. The second star was because of the ending(which I will not spoil)
Second Movie: Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen
This movie was by far one of the best action movies that I've seen and it is a great follow up to the first Transformers movie. The plot is about the Autobots adapting to the human environment and fightinf off a resurrected Megatron and a newly threatening Decepticon named The Fallen(yes "The" is apart of it's name.) Optimus Prime is killed by Megatron and Sam Witwicky and exceptionally hot girlfriend Megan Fox work with the Autobots to find a device called the Matrix, that will resurrect Prime so that he can defeat Fallen. I loved every minute of this movie, especially since the creators decided to bring back some classic and new Transformer types such as animals( jaguar, scorpion, tiger). They also revealed some newcoming cars like the 2010 Corvette and the Audi V8 and the 2011 Maserati Coupe. The ending is brief but worth it. I would also like to elaborate on my wife, Megan Fox. (JK!) This movie is kid friendly and great to go see if you're with a group of friends. I will spoil one thing, though. There are no after credits, so don't waste your time waiting for them.
Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen gets a 5 out of 5.
Preview: The Last Airbender
Director M. Night Shamalayan has decided to adapt the Nickelodeon series "Avatar: The Last Airbender" into a live action movie in 2010. I don't think I need to explain the plot, now do I? I think the trailer was great and shows just how real special effects can look. I expect great things from this movie and not another bad adaption of animation (i.e. Street Fighter, Legend of Chun-Li,)
Well, that's all for now. More movies in the future!
