But Kun won! Not the 15 pages but 15 posts! It's "Post to 15"! Once you post to 15 anything, pages, posts, sheep, you win!
Hmm... I gotta win the 15 pages one.

Rave, Kun shouldn't be winning anything. Isn't there a rule that says so? Shouldn't there be a rule that says so? Why isn't there a rule that says so? I'm making a rule that says so.

That could potentially be a beautiful, beautiful rule. But unfortunately - well, actually, we're an international forum. I can ignore ex post facto if I so wish, and I have deemed it thusly. Brilliant, Kai.

Yes well I tend to have the most brilliant ideas. It's good we've decided on this. Can't afford having Kun win anything more... that's like bringing on the apocalypse.... or something. XD What is ex post facto?

Ex post facto -rule in this case- would be a rule that retroactively(I think that's the word) changes the consequences for an action that has already happened. Or something like that. It means that after Kun winning a game, you make a rule that prevents him of winning despite him having already won.

*smack* If I had been thinking clearly, I wouldn't have used that term at all because I'm NOT GOING TO BE A LAWYER, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES PEOPLE TELL ME I AM. >___>
Ex post facto is a law principle (one which is part of the American judicial system) that says, essentially, that you can't change laws or punishments after someone has committed a crime and apply the changes to them. So I can't, under American law, decide that having dirty fingernails is illegal and then arrest someone for having dirty fingernails before the law was ever enacted. On that logic, I can't decide that Kun can't win contests after he won a contest and then tell him he can't win the contest he won before I made the rule... but I'm ignoring ex post facto.
